Delete your Cape Clash account
This deletes your online account — your sign-in, cloud save and everything tied to it on our server. It never touches the copy of the game (or your progress) saved on your own phone.
Option 1: Delete it in the app
- Open Cape Clash and go to SETTINGS.
- Tap ONLINE.
- Find the Online account row and tap DELETE.
- On the card that appears, tap DELETE MY ONLINE ACCOUNT to confirm.
That's it — your account is deleted right away. Your game on this phone is not touched; it keeps everything, and you can carry on playing offline.
Option 2: Can't open the game? Request deletion by email
Email lojgamez@gmail.com from the same email address you signed in with, with the subject:
Delete my Cape Clash account
We'll confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in and email address
- Your cloud save
- Your headquarters (clan) membership
- Your leaderboard / match record
Nothing tied to your account is left on our server afterward.
What stays
Your game on your own phone — it is a separate, local save and is never touched by this process.
Timeframe
Deleting in the app is immediate. A deletion requested by email is completed within 30 days.
